CleanCore is a unique cartridge and filling system designed specifically for quality and efficiency. We manufacture every piece of hardware in our platform to ensure compatibility across the system.

Recognizing the challenges of two-step filling and capping operations, where the cartridges and filling machines are all made by different companies, we knew there was a better way. In 2021 we developed the first closed system, utilizing pre-capped cartridges that are filled using our easy to operate machines that can produce up to 1,200 finished units per hour with a single operator.

The magic is in every step of the process, the cartridges come out of the box arranged in custom inserts that fit right into the rack of our filling machine (requiring no handling or 'cart sorting'). The rack slides into the filling machine, and the machine goes to work. Each cartridge is filled upside-down, through a one-way silicone membrane. The filling needle is heated, creating a self-healing exit after the extract is precisely injected into the cart.

This system eliminates the potential contamination of open carts, reduces oxidation as the extract is not exposed to air in the filling process (increasing shelf life), and avoids the cumbersome task of capping and wiping carts down, reducing labor and expense.

The net effect is a high quality user experience delivered at significant cost savings per-unit.
